Gamebetahub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. - Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Gamebetahub to locate the material on the platform, such as a URL or specific description of the content's location.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on the Gamebetahub platform was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in the district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the applicable territory, any judicial district in which Gamebetahub may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
3.1 Processing Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Gamebetahub will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within a legally prescribed time period, the removed content may be restored or access to it re-enabled at Gamebetahub's sole discretion.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Gamebetahub maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice. Gamebetahub reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a user qualifies as a repeat infringer and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent termination.
5. False Notifications
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification that contains materially false information may expose you to civil liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees. Before submitting any notice, please ensure that you have a good-faith belief in the accuracy of the claims being made and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner if you are not the owner yourself.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Gamebetahub reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated policy to the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
